Colour, aroma and structure/
Pale yellow with golden highlights. Mas Macià Gran Reserva provides the maximum perception of complexity. The notes of ageing reach their maximum expression, blending in importance with the fruitiness that characterises this variety. On the palate the sweetness of the ageing potentiates the sensation of eating fruit, whereas the presence of the bubble provides texture and creaminess, placing it in the centre of a good balance between fruit and ageing.
Pairing/
A cava for any time of day, and because of its good balance between power and harmony, ideal for a large variety of styles and dishes.
