Description and Suckling notes: A yeasty, bread-crust note is added to the squeezed-lemon and sliced-apple aromas. This is a crisp Cava with creamy yet mousse and a slightly austere palate. A dry mouth-cleanser with a pithy finish. Drink now.
Description and Suckling notes: Some baked cherries, strawberries, red dates ans roasted spices follow through to a medium-bodied palate with juicy red berries and firm but polished tannins. Drink now.
