Bohigas Xarel·lo white wine is the "recommended wine" of the new Nikkei restaurant, Ceviche 103, located in the Hotel Axel in Barcelona, on Calle Aribau 33 (corner with Consell de Cent).
Bohigas Xarel·lo white wine is the "recommended wine" of the new Nikkei restaurant, Ceviche 103, located in the Hotel Axel in Barcelona, on Calle Aribau 33 (corner with Consell de Cent).
Nikkei was inaugurated at the beginning of the year and is a new bet of the well-known Peruvian restaurant Ceviche 103 (London, 103), which - as its name suggests - fuses Japanese and Peruvian culinary traditions.
In addition to Xarel·lo, the Nikkei menu also includes Bohigas Fermí wine and Bohigas Rosado, Bohigas Gran Reserva Brut Nature and Bohigas Brut cavas.
