Participation in DeGustAnoia fair
On Tuesday, April 18, the first edition of this Anoia food fair was held
The first edition of the DeGustAnoia fair was held on Tuesday, April 18 at the Escorxador de Igualada venue. The objective of the fair was to bring together food and beverage producers from the Anoia region with hospitality professionals, to learn about products from the sector.
This year, our winery had the presence of a double stand where wines and cavas could be tasted. In addition, the Bohigas sommelier carried out a tasting-pairing of the Xarel lo white wine, the Garnatxa Negra red wine and the Brut Nature Reserva cava combined with food from local producers (also present at the fair), showing attendees the best way of pairing wines and cavas in their restaurants/establishments.
With around twenty exhibitors and around 300 attendees, DeGustAnoia was born to stay and Bohigas will continue supporting it.
