CAVA BOHIGAS EXTRA BRUT GRAN RESERVA 2020
91 points
Tasting Notes: There’s a yeasty tang to the sliced apples and lemon zest. This shows good intensity on the palate, with creamy bubbles extending to a crisp, lengthy finish. Sourdough
and stone fruit at the end. Drink now.
CAVA NOA DE BOHIGAS RESERVA BRUT NATURE
90 points
Tasting notes: An elegant but lean and rather austere Cava that shows tangy yeast, light pears and sliced apples. Subtle yeasty twist on the palate, with creamy, frothy bubbles. A bone-dry, clean and subtle finish. Commendable for its brut nature style, which is more about crispness and purity than anything else. Drink now.
