Bohigas, present at the Decántalo Smart Bar at the Mobile World Congress 2025

From March 3 to 6, 2025, Bohigas was part of Decántalo's Smart Wine Bar at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) at Fira de Barcelona. This innovative proposal combined winemaking tradition with artificial intelligence, offering visitors a unique wine selection experience.
Through Macabeu, the Smart Bar's AI virtual assistant, attendees were able to receive personalized recommendations and discover wines and cavas in an innovative way. This Decántalo Smart Wine Bar was developed with the support of the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, and Food of the Generalitat (Catalan Government), through the Catalan Institute of Vine and Wine (INCAVI). Its operation is very easy and intuitive. Through a simple and natural conversation, Macabeu analyzes the user's preferences and instantly suggests the wine that best suits their needs. The app also explains the wine's characteristics and displays its proposal in QR format. This code can be redeemed for the wine glass selected by the tool. The user will then receive additional information about this wine via email.
Bohigas is thus joining this pioneering initiative, bringing its Bohigas Brut Reserva cava to the world's most important technology event.
