Bohigas Pop Up Bar is back
Afternoons and nights in a privileged environment by the hand of Espai Gastronomia
Since June and for the second consecutive year, the Bohigas Pop Up Bar has been set up in the main courtyard of the Cavas.
It is an informal and ephemeral bar, open only in the afternoons and evenings of the summer months, with a fresh and casual gastronomic proposal where burgers, wines, gintonics and ice creams predominate.
The Bohigas Pop Up Bar was born thanks to Espacio Gastronomía summer 2020, a year marked by the pandemic and by the events and hospitality sector. The Espai Gastronomia company, responsible for the Can Macià weddings, knew how to reinvent itself and create a new bar concept with the requirements and restrictions that governments were asking for at that time: outdoor spaces and a lot of distance between tables. The success was so great that this year it has been re-created.
